Infrastructure

Land : Land is owned by JNPA and is free from any legal litigation. 

Power :  JNPA SEZ is the Distribution Licensee. 45 MVA Power supply is made available for the units in JNPA SEZ.

Water : 15 MLD  Water supply will be made available for the units in JNPA SEZ.

Road :  The main road inside SEZ is of 60 meters width. The internal road is of 45 and 30 meters width. Storm water drain and street lights are erected on either side of the road. 

Optic Fibre Cable Network: OFC is laid by RailTel  to all plots for high bandwidth internet connectivity

Gas pipeline: MGL had built a network of pipelines for piped gas to each plot.

Sewerage Network: Underground sewerage network upto every plot is laid.

Fire Station: One Multipurpose Fire Tender, one Water Bouser and one Ambulance will be stationed 24*7 at SEZ Fire Station.

Other Services :

• Horticulture - The Greenery ratio is at 20 % of the total land area

• Security - 24x7 Security available at all access points and periphery of SEZ

Digitization Of JNPA-SEZ Infrastructure In GIS

• Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority - Special Economic Zone (JNPA-SEZ) has digitized the following data on a Geographic Information System (GIS):
  1. Plot Demarcation and Land Information
  2. Water Supply Network
  3. Electrical Network
  4. Optical Fiber Cable Network
  5. Sewerage Network
  6. Storm Water Network
  7. Gas Pipeline
  Additionally, other utilities have also been digitized to enhance overall management and operational efficiency.
