- Stamp duty exemption
- External commercial borrowing by SEZ units up to the US $ 500 million in a year without any maturity restriction through recognized banking channels.
- Zero-rated GST on procurement of goods and services.
Note: The key requirement for Unit Holders in the SEZ is to be "Net Foreign Exchange" positive when measured cumulatively over the 5 year period.

Allotment of land :
- Land allotment is done using transparent e-tender cum auction process
